At Noirvello, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium fragrances. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• It must be unused, with original packaging intact.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the product you want, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
